Friends Quilt

I did not get that quilt sewn together that I had to get off the floor before my friend came over today,

I just piled up the squares in the order I was going to sew them and I will get them together soon.

My friend came over to lay out and sandwich and pin her quilt.

I was so impressed with her hand sewing, she has hand sewed all of the circles on the top. I do not hand sew anything except my binding. She did so much planning in the placement of the circles so that the patterns in the circles don't meet up to that same

pattern in the squares.

It's all pinned and ready to be quilted, she in off to get some variegated thread, I am so excited to see the final quilt all finished...when I see it, you will see it too.
